Red Velvet Catering & Events, LLC is the vision of the owner/executive chef, Angela R. Foster. The company was birthed out of a passion for cooking, gathering people together and serving delicious cuisine. As a result, frequent requests from family and friends encouraged her to take her passion to another level.

After Chef Angela realized that her passion was also a God-given gift, Red Velvet Catering & Events, LLC was birthed part time in the year of 2000. After successfully operating part time for 6 years while simultaneously working full time in an executive corporate position, she took a leap of faith and the company transitioned into operating full time in January 2006.

It is Chef Angela's belief and faith in God that shows success can be achieved through tenacity, dedication, impeccable customer service, immaculate presentation, attention to every detail and her passion for cooking great cuisine.
